Shipping & Handling

Please note that Shipping and Handling is not included in the price.

Ebay calculates Shipping based on dimensions and weight. This is just an approximate price Due to the fact that items will not get boxed up until they are ready to ship.

Depending on the size and shape of the item box size will also vary. This is why we want you to contact us in regards to the item so we can give you the best price possible.

Please contact us for an actual shipping quote before you pay for the item. 

This way numbers will be 100% correct and there will be no surprises on shipping cost.

Old Motorcycle Shop

We charge a handling fee of $5.00 USD to cover packaging materials.

Import duties, taxes and charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping prices. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these costs prior to buying.

We commit to ship your orders within one business day after your payment is cleared by PayPal.

Please make sure the shipping address during checkout is correct and the same as your ebay confirmed address. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.

Returns

We stand by our products and will accept returns and exchanges if the item you receive is defective or unsuitable for your bike. The buyer must pay return shipping. We will only accept returns and exchanges if the buyer notifies us within 7 business days of receipt of the item.

The product must be returned in its original condition including any packaging materials and accessories. Please include the original receipt with your return.

The Old Motorcycle Shop is a traditional motorcycle shop with an old-fashioned attitude and prices. At our shop based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada we take pride in the restoration and preservation of the machines we grew up on. From Goldwings to custom café racers and choppers, nothing makes us happier than to keep an old bike on the road!

We have over 35 years experience customizing, restoring, and maintaining older motorcycles with fully certified journeymen mechanics. OMS provides general servicing, repairs, restorations, customization, and inspections.

A Note About Used Parts 

Used parts are quite often a little dirty, greasy, etc. 
This can sometimes interfere with descriptions of parts. Parts are described as accurately as possible but errors can be made. 

No returns will be accepted on electrical components. We make every effort to test our electronics before listing but due to the nature of electrical components we can not guarantee used electronics.
