79-04 UPR Mach 1 Chin Spoiler Installation Instructions


  1. First, remove the UPR Mach 1 Chin Spoiler from the box and let it sit in the sunlight to take its original shape and allow the creases to go away.


  1. You can support the car with jack stands or drive it so the nose is hanging off of a curb for the extra space for a simple install.


  1. Then mount the chin spoiler with Duct tape and adjust it a ¼ inch back from the front bumper lip and take your time to get the Mach 1 chin spoiler even on both wheel wells.


  1. Once the alignment procedure is complete you can mark and drill the center hole first and mount it with a fastener then drill any additional holes you to complete the install. ( This step to mark the holes you can use a dry erase marker. )


  1. Now you can use the supplied push pins or UPR does offer a bolt kit or you can run to the local hardware store and get what you need.


  1. Most important Step is to even the wheel wells and align the Mach 1 Chin Spoiler properly the first time around and you will have the easiest and best-looking install possible.


          Note: All Aftermarket Mach 1 Chin Spoilers come in a box folded or rolled up so they can be shipped free or at very low cost by all the suppliers. Folding them does no harm and they can be put in direct sunlight for 3-4 hours to regain the proper shape and the top lip will form perfectly once installed. See item feedback for any questions on customer satisfaction once installed.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted within 30 days and only if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued.

All returns MUST be brand new and in their original, unopened packaging. (Item returns may subject to restocking fees)

UPR Products reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without authorization. Returns/Refunds are processed within (30) business days of receipt (not including holidays, weekends, transit time, or the day the package was delivered.)

Special order items, item hardware, rebuild kits. replacement parts, emblems or decals are not able to be accepted for return.

If a free shipping item is returned, the original outbound shipping will be deducted from the refund. The customer is also responsible for return shipping.

If a customer refuses or is not available for an item, they will be charged the return shipping fee by the carrier. If a free shipping item is refused or missed, the outbound shipping will also be deducted from the refund.

If a customer changes an address or enters an incorrect address when placing an order, the customer is responsible for any address change/correction fees billed by the carrier as well as the original outbound shipping fee on all free items. (We do not redirect packages to other addresses than the billing address originally entered.)
