This is a SELF INSTALLED PART that is contingent on your skill and understanding of how this works and when to apply it. This item works 100% of the time if used and installed correctly. It will not work if improperly placed and it is not a magic fix for any issue. This can repair worn out button contacts ONLY. It will not fix dead remotes, circuit board failures, bad antennas, base receiver problems, etc. Button issues cannot shorten the range of your remote, buttons either work or they do not work. You can return this item but PLEASE DO NOT claim the item does not work, defective, not as described, etc... I will not cooperate with a false return claim. My button repair kits are installed and working in tens of thousands of products. Just because someone can't get these to fix their issue does not mean the fault is in the product. Just like if your car runs terrible after replacing tires, it's probably not the fault of the tires.

If you do open a case by mistake or because you did not read the agreement, I will ask you to close it. WHY? Because eBay dispute cases can't handle envelope shipping. They assume a package with tracking. I cannot help you with a case because eBay's robots will eventually step in and lie no matter what is said. My hands are tied if you open a case and there is nothing I can do to help at that point. Please just Contact Me directly. I can help faster and easier if messaged directly.

USPS no longer guarantees delivery dates and does not offer a refund on postage even if extremely late. Not even for Priority Mail! They are losing some orders and delaying many. Tracking only lets you know where the order is delayed. It is impossible to contact USPS now and opening cases or lost mail requests go nowhere. 

ButtonWorx™ products are flat an light making them perfect to send by regular envelope. There are risks with letter mail but not much more risk than package mail at a much higher cost. It doesn't help to know where your package is delayed. The only thing tracking is good for is knowing if there is a problem with delivery. You can can get that same information with letter envelopes by using free USPS Informed Delivery. When you sign up you will receive daily emails showing photos of the mail being delivered that day. I highly recommend it!
