Textured lead coating

This textured coating is designed to applied as a top coat immediately after a standard lead coating powder. 

This textured coating should be applied using the following procedure:

1. Heat your lead with a blow torch or in an oven to about 230C
2. Dip the hot lead into a standard lead coating powder for a few seconds, allowing a coating to build up on the lead.
3. Remove the lead from the powder and allow the coat to melt smooth 5-10 seconds
4. Roll the hot coated lead in the textured coating, make sure the lead is fully coated
5. Hang the lead up to cool.

Practice makes perfect.

Items sold within the UK will be sent via royal mail 1st/2nd class, European and worldwide packages are sent via royal mail small air packets.
