Returns / Refund Policy: Conditions are as follows:

.    1. Please get in touch with us within 7 days. If the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please send us a photo showing the damaged part and let us know the problem as clearly and detailed as possible. We will cover the return postage where necessary, but we do not cover this after 30 days of purchase.

2. Change-Of-Mind Policy: NOT REFUNDABLE and RETURNS are not accepted once the package has been opened for use or testing. If you're dissatisfied with your item for any reason, simply return it to us for a replacement or a refund.

3. The Change-Of-Mind Return item MUST BE in its original packaging and in original condition to qualify for a replacement or refund.   We Do Not Cover the return shipping fee for change-of-mind purchases. Additionally, a 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund cost.
