What you actually get is shown in the last picture (along with the instructions and assembly pictures).  The pictures of the building illustrate what it looks like after assembly.  These pictures merely illustrate one possible color scheme.  You can paint yours to suit your needs  (recommend painting before assembly).  

Once again, this is a KIT.  This is not a kit that simply snaps together quickly.   This kit is designed to give a more realistic appearance than that offered by the snap-together kits and precast plastic buildings. 

The main building parts of this kit are made from 1/16" aircraft-grade plywood.  Although this building kit is not difficult to assemble, it does take a little time and care to assemble. Illustrated instructions are included.  Depending on your skill level, it should take anywhere from half an hour to a couple of hours.  Most of that time will be waiting for the glue and paint to dry.
