Kabo 6" Combination Linesman Pliers (Flexible)

These pliers have been stored for some time and the rubber bands used around the handles has perished. Some pliers have a few marks on the handles from the rubber bands. There may be small amounts of rust on the pliers. They are however, still in great shape.
