  1. Amla Smoothie:

    • Ingredients: 1 banana, 1 cup spinach, 1 teaspoon amla powder, 1 cup almond milk, ice cubes.
    • Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve chilled.
  2. Amla Tea:

    • Ingredients: 1 teaspoon amla powder, 1 cup hot water, honey or lemon to taste.
    • Instructions: Steep the amla powder in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Strain and sweeten with honey or lemon if desired. Drink 1-2 times daily.
  3. Amla Hair Mask:

    • Ingredients: 2 tablespoons amla powder, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, water (as needed).
    • Instructions: Mix the amla powder with coconut oil and enough water to form a paste. Apply to the scalp and hair. Leave on for 30-45 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
  4. Amla Face Mask:

    • Ingredients: 1 teaspoon amla powder, 1 tablespoon yogurt, 1 teaspoon honey.
