Our dough roll board is a handy pastry tool that allows you to quickly spread out dough on the board to make the classic dessert, Kuih Siput - a crispy curl-snailed shaped cookie made with wheat flour.

This  dessert is easy to make at home without any complicated step. This fried cookie is seasoned with curry powder, coconut milk and dried shrimp.

Simply pinch a small amount of dough between your thumb and index finger and lightly roll the dough in a spiral to reveal and create ridges ready to deep fry.

This board can be used to make gnocchi, klong klang ( Thai fried cookie) and Guyuria.

Tip: to make it easy to press, dust the tool lightly with wheat flour before pressing.
