We manufacture all our fleece right here in the UK. We are immensely proud of our product and have every faith that you will be delighted in with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your pets new bedding then we will be more than happy to provide a full refund. Unfortunately due to the fantastically low prices that we offer return postage is the buyers responsibility. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We process orders daily (Monday to Friday), we promise to do our very best to ship your order the very same day so long as your order reaches us before 2pm. Orders received after 2pm will be processed and shipped on the next working day. All orders received on a weekend will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. Payment is due immediately on purchase and orders will not be shipped until fully paid. An unpaid item report will be filed if payment is not received by the 7th day.
