                  Brake Rivets Size 4 - 4

  • This is a bag of 100 rivets size 4 - 4 
  • The Head diameter is 5/16, Body diameter 9/64,  Length 4/16
  • They are used to attach brake linings to your existing brake shoes using a riveting tool.
  • We have old catalogs that tell what rivet size you need for specific years, makes and models of vehicle you have so if you are not sure what size you need then contact me to find out. 
  • We have all different size of rivets so if these will not work for you then I probably have the ones you need.
  • Rivets can be used for other things such as Clutch pads, leather items and anything that require rivets.
  • As you may already know that years ago mechanics that did brake jobs had a rivet machine.  They would remove the old linings from your brake shoes and rivet new linings to them.  Now you buy brake shoes that already have linings on them and ready to install but people who have older vehicles still need to attach linings to their shoes and I have the rivets and linings to do that.
  • Many of my customers buy brake linings from me and also buy rivets since different size rivets are used depending on the lining they go on.
  • Some of my rivets are Nickle Cadium plated rivets and some are Brass.

Asbestos Warning:  Some older automotive materials such as brakes, clutches and gaskets may contain Asbestos.  Asbestos exposure can cause asbestos-related illness.  Just to be on the safe side all brakes, gaskets and clutches will be wrapped in plastic. 
QUALITY PARTS
Most of my parts are NOS (new old stock) or NORS (new old replacement stock) in excellent condition. 
Some of the parts have been in storage for many years dating back to the early 1900's and some of the parts have been in storage only a few recent years.
Since these parts may have been in storage many years some may have tarnished or even have some rust on them. Packages may be weathered. Just don't expect these old parts to have just been produced.
I try to get accurate information on what the part fits and its condition but I cannot guarantee that it is perfect correct since it is hard to go over tens of thousands of parts and get everything completely accurage.  You should be sure check and be sure it is the part number you need.
For smaller items I ship USPS Postal service. On large and heavy items I sometimes ship via FedEx.
The majority of these parts were made in the USA and not the cheap parts on the market now from  foreight countries that have poor quality.  
PAYMENTS:
We accept Paypal Payments and you can charge to your credit card on Paypal.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Parts are sold both Domestic and internationally and welcome shipments outside the USA.  The parts are setup to go thru Ebay Global shipping. 
RETURNS:
We want you to be happy with your purchase and so you can return items if you are not satisfied for any reason but they must be returned within 30 days from the day you bought it. I will refund you total purchase price but will not refund any shipping charges either direction.  The item must be returned in unused and in good condition just like you received it.

I desire positive feedback and a high rating. I take pride in my good feedback rating and take negative feedback very serious. If you have any problems please contact me as soon as possible and we will work something out. There is never a need to leave me neutral or negative feedback because I will be fair and try very hard to solve any problems. I want you to buy from me again so I want you to be pleased with your purchase.  If we can’t work out an honest, reasonable solution that we are both be happy on then I never care to business with you.  Actually don't need feedback because this business will do its best to provide good honest sales regardless of what Ebay shows on the feedback.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Payment within the USA must be received within 7 days after you bought item.  Payment within 14 days on International buyers. Please do not back out after buying an item. If for some reason you have a hardship and have to back out please contact me and let me know and maybe we can work something out.
There are times that I reuse a picture when I have several of the same item but I do not play picture games or try to hide or mislead anyone so you should get an item as good or better than the picture shows. I do my very best to describe the part accurately but if you have any questions feel free to contact me. 
BUSINESS HISTORY AND INFORMATION:
Maddog Auto Parts business started in year 2000 when half of Gowen Auto Parts inventory was bought.  Since then additional parts have been purchased from closed stores, swap meets and people who want to sell a large amount of parts.  Ebay is the primary place parts are sold under store name of RareAutoParts.  In the year 2018 the business was named Mad Dog Classic Auto Parts, LLC.  Future plans are to also have a professional web page.  Inventory consists of thousands and thousands NOS and NORS parts from 1920's thru 2000 with the a large amount being from 1930's thru 1950's but many are before and after that.
Honesty and providing good customer service is important to me. If you are not happy with something you purchase then let me know and we will work something out.  I take offense to getting negative feedback.
