Graphic Specification
1. Create artwork at size W80cm x H200cm.
2. Do not place important images or texts within area of the top 2 inches and the bottom 4 inches.
3. Convert files to JPEG or PDF(outline all fonts) file format.
4. Color Mode should be CMYK.
5. Files and all imported images should be set up at full size (1:1 scale) at 100% of final print size.
6. Resolution should be 100-150dpi at final size.
7. File transfer via web link. (web link information will be given after payment received)

Artwork Responsibility
1. Digital proof (in Jpeg format) will be returned to the customer's email before production. Production will be arranged upon customer's approval to the proof.
2. Customer is responsible to check any errors (texts, graphics, color etc.) that would exist onto the artwork.
3. We will not touch your artwork and we are not responsible in any errors existed on the artwork.

Turnaround
1. 3 business days upon receipt payment and your printable file. Not including shipping transit time.
2. Production department is open Monday to Friday 11am to 6 pm ( Eastern Time).

Return Policy
1. No Refund. Exchange only. (From same graphic files)
2. We cannot held responsibility for slightly color deviation of the print.
3. Problems with graphics printing like typos or incorrect files will be replaced at customer own expense.
4. Notification of return must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
5. Return items must be returned in new condition with original packaging within 3 days.
6. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns.
7. We are not responsible for any damage or loss in transit and could not take liability for courier company delay.
8. All items are inspected before shipping. Contact us immediately if shipping damage is discovered.
