If for any reason you want to return your item, we will be happy to accept it. (Up to 28 days after the original sale). Please contact us first before returning the item.

Once we have recieved the item, we will issue your refund immediately, via the same payment method as the original purchase.

All we ask is that it is returned in it's original condition (including packaging). If the product is faulty we will refund all postage charges. We're sorry if the item is "as described" we will refund the cost of the item but I'm afraid we are unable to refund any postage charges.

We always try to keep postage costs to a minimum to retain the value of your purchase.

If we use Royal Mail services, postage costs apply to all UK postcodes. For items delivered by courier, our postage costs apply to England, Wales and Scottish lowlands only.
