This Chinese Cleaver knife is particularly designed to slice onion or chopping vegetables. The curved angle on the handle provides great comfort for holding.
The straight blade edge suitable for cutting all the way to the cutting board without the need for a horizontal pull or push .

The Chinese Cleaver knife have a much thinner blade.
This does not help with cutting bones in fish or meat,
but is useful for cutting vegetables and slice ham or meat.
