This is a Tri Fold card with a cut in the center.  I placed 2 pieces of Stampin Up Black & White paper on each side front flap.  I punched out a hot pink circle then on top of that I Stamped a cute house with the saying,

I punched this out using Stampin Up punches then I hand colored in the hearts and the house windows.

I placed a very cute matching white / black striped ribbon with hot pink dotted tie on the front...   

So very cute!!!

   I used several different stamp sets on the Card and Envelope.
