 This card has 7 Layers.  I cut out a White Floral Doily,  crunched it up and then placed a CUTE 2 tone colored Flower in the center.  I put a cute lime green button brad in the center of the flower. 

I punched out the Happy Birthday Tag using a cute Martha Stewart punch.

The Pink Paper has LARGE glossy DOTS on it!

I have 7 LAYERS ON THE FRONT OF THIS CARD!

VERY VERY CUTE!!!

 I stamped a cute arrangement of Flowers on the envelope to match the card.

I only used the best quality of envelopes & cardstock.  I used Heavy Stampin up & Bazzill Cardsock on these.
