Actually, it is a real coverall/jumpsuit  (made by top name uniform company RED KAP ) upon which is printed   "PSYCH WARD / STATE MENTAL HOSPITAL"  (front) and   "PSYCH WARD" ( back); and covered in (fake!) BLOOD.

This jumpsuit weighs about 2 lbs pounds (!)  and is made of high quality poly/cotton twill.

Easy to get on and off so you can wear it right over your regular clothes.

Please NOTE: although pictured with long sleeves, these come in both long and short sleeves. The one you receive will be of random sleeve length.
