How to test accuracy?

1. 1. Put the indicator on the 60° surface of live center  such as the picture shows
2.       Gently and smoothly turn the top by hand
3.       Read the indicator, get the accuracy

The live center has a triple bearing system in combination of 2 deep groove ball bearing and 1 thrust ball bearing

The 60 degree rotating spindle is made from carbon alloy steel with heat treat to HRc 60+/-2 for high rigidity and wear resistance
The anti-dust seal can prevent cutting fluid and dust from entering into the center bearing
