    • If you have an existing pin to be duplicated, we will instruct you on how to send it to us.
    • If you have a preliminary design, you can email, fax or mail it to us.
    • If you have an idea only, we will help you turn it into a unique design Free of Charge.
    • Your artwork proof will be delivered via email in a full-color, JPG format for your approval.  If you prefer a paper copy, we can mail it but it will slow down the process.
  3. Upon approval of the final artwork and receipt of cleared payment, production of your order will begin.
