Description
Ornate metal desk inkstand combining several writing-desk functions in one compact piece. The stand has a central opening holding a square Sanford’s diamond-pattern glass ink bottle, along with a small stamp holder and built-in pen holder/rest.
The decorative cast-metal stand has an aged finish with scrollwork and textured details. The Sanford’s bottle fits neatly into the central opening and visually complements the textured design of the stand.
The maker of the metal stand is unknown.
Condition
Pre-owned condition with age-related wear throughout. The metal has patina, oxidation, surface discoloration, scratches, and general wear consistent with age and use.
The Sanford’s glass ink bottle and the postage stamp shown in the holder are included. Please review all photos carefully for condition.
