Case: The gold-plated (SGP) case exhibits significant and heavy plating loss, revealing the base metal beneath and giving the watch a distinctly rustic, rugged patina. In strict adherence to a no-polish philosophy, this case has been conservatively cleaned but left completely unpolished. This ensures that the original factory lines, original case geometry, and true vintage integrity remain completely intact and unaltered.
Dial & Crystal: In beautiful contrast to the worn case, the champagne dial is in excellent, pristine condition with crisp text (marked JAPAN 7006-6090S).
All original factory engravings, including "SGP BACK ST. STEEL", the reference number (7006-6000), and the serial number (415985), are crisp and entirely legible.
Movement: The 7006 automatic movement is functioning, with the day and date mechanisms operating as intended.
