PGYTECH Quick Connector Air x 2 / Beads Set for Camera Strap New / Used
Please forgive the confusing description, it's because Pgytech changed their mind on naming convention & I bought what I'd expected to be 2 sets of 'Slim' Quick Connectors, but turns out they're now called 'Air' & are bigger than the current Slim!
Picture no.5 should explain this (but not Pgytech's bizarre decision to change the name of their product & reallocate it to a smaller product). This picture shows:
- A current 'Slim' Quick Connector - it's got a 10mm slot in it to accept a camera strap of that size. It's NOT what I'm selling here, it's simply to explain why I'm selling the connectors & beads, formerly known as Slim, but now called Air! I use smaller Micro 4/3s cameras, so need the smaller connectors - much better suited etc.
- A current 'Air' Quick Connector - it's got a 15mm slot to accept bigger straps. It's a good size for full frame D-SLRs. Confusingly, Pgytech used to call these Slim, now they're called Air!
Here's what I'm selling at the time of listing:
- A boxed, unused set of Quick Connectors & Beads - that's a pair of connectors, a pair of orange beads & a pair of grey beads. Confusingly, the box says 'Slim' but they're the bigger (15mm slot) 'Air' Connectors!
- An unboxed pair of Quick Connector Air & a pair of orange beads - these have been used for a month or so, until I realised that a smaller set was available & a better fit for my M 4/3s camera.
Somewhere in my house, I've got another pair of grey Air beads, but at the time of listing I can't find them! If I do, I'll add them to the pack & you'll have a bonus.
Despite Pgytech's terrible naming conventions, these Quick Connectors are brilliant. I've upgraded all my cameras to take them & am now able to use them on some of my existing thin camera straps & some of their Slim ones. I can swap between straps easily, to suit what type of photography I'm doing. Hightly recommended!
I'm having a camera/hifi cupboard clear out - so look at my other listings. If you buy more than one thing from me in a single transaction, eBay will work out a discounted postage rate.
