This watch is in good working condition.
It does have some marks of wear as expected on a used watch mostly wear to the case/bezel where the plating is wearing off in places and a few scratches on the glass.
Please see the close up pictures for the condition and sizing.
No box or instructions but the instructions are online if you look up Casio 3284.
