Without any major spots ,stains , holes or tears .

I BELIEVE this to be a women's vest .
I am not able to read the tag to tell what this vest is made of .
I believe this vest has down feathers inside .

Measured from the BACK of the vest collar seam to bottom 24 inches long .
Under arm to under arm 20 inches .
Zipper is working
