Commemorating the Corps of Discovery II traveling exhibit and its 200 Years to the Future message, this vintage medallion pin shows two clasped hands in finely raised antique bronze tone relief. Above them a crossed hatchet and peace pipe sit with the words Peace and Friendship, recalling the historic peace medals carried on the westward expedition. A deep red enamel ring frames the scene with the exhibit name in bold lettering. A meaningful souvenir for American history enthusiasts, trail travelers, teachers and museum lovers, it shines on a hat, vest or display board of heritage pins.
