Shimano Tourney RD-TX71 Megarange rear derailleur, 6/7-speed, in used condition.

A genuine Shimano RD-TX71 rear mech — Shimano's Tourney-tier derailleur with Megarange — compatible with 6 and 7-speed drivetrains. Megarange handles a wide-ratio cluster with a big bottom sprocket for easier climbing, and the long cage takes up the extra chain. The right part for building, repairing or replacing the gearing on a 6/7-speed MTB or hybrid, and a named-model piece for anyone searching an RD-TX71 Megarange.

Cage and parallelogram move through their range with the jockey wheels turning and spring return present. Shows marks and light patina consistent with use (please see the photos, which show the true condition), but functional. Shimano Tourney / SIS branding as shown.
