Gebruder Kuhnlenz German Antique Doll Aprox. 14" tall She is marked on the back of her neck, "G br 165 K 2/0 Germany", there is also some other numbers above the previous quoted wording, that i can not completly make out, i think it could be 215? This pretty girl comes to you in good used condition. Fingers and toes are all intact. The body shows some wear which is normal for these dolls. The composition body shows a bit of surface crazing (the fine cracks in the varnish/paint coat" around the upper torso. Her wig is tightly glued to her head so there are no pictures of the inside of her head. Her dark brown sleepy eyes open and close. When her eyes are closed, the lashes look a bit dusty. Her limbs all move and she can hold a pose. She has a beautiful face with very little wear on the painted details, which is wonderful for a bisque doll, this age. Gebruder 165 dolls are famous for those highly dramatic, tall, multi stroke arched eyebrows. Gebruder specialized in giving their dolls wide set, clearly separate square teeth built straight into the bisque mold, rather than separate peg teeth. She has bloomers, a half slip, socks, boots , hat and her dollstand is included. Her dress is a little to big for her, as is her bloomers. PLEASE NOTE THIS LISTING IS FOR ONE DOLL ONLY. THE LAST PICTURE SHOWS THE THREE ANTIQUE DOLLSTHAT i HAVE LISTED IN THE LAST WEEK Questions or comments are always a welcome and we Thank You for your interest! ~Carol
