Step into the past with this beautiful, authentic vintage 1950s Beacon style southwestern mid-century camp blanket that measures 62" long and 58" wide. Print showcases a reversible Native American southwestern inspired pattern with bold but faded purples, blues and yellow colors. It has other design motifs that include Native Americans near a campfire working with pottery, teepees, classic southwestern starburst medallions and geometric border shapes. Design also has a gorgeous & stunning shadow ombré gradient effect.
USA Made Blanket is sold as is pre-owned with stains (some in groups), color fading from storage. Distressed cotton fabric has wear over the many years of use. Some flaws might be hard to see. No holes that we could see, minor fraying on edges/trim. Other than that, it has had a lot of washes from previous owners, so the material will probably be thinning but remains somewhat soft, you be the judge.
The blanket is Unlabeled but based off research, it appears to be Beacon from the 1950s era. These collectible vintage blankets are so versatile and can be used on a bed, walls, sofas, or draped on a door or ladder. I see some that have repurposed them into coats and jackets, or other items like pillows and crafts...the options are endless.
