The movement is wound up tight and not running.  The balance staff looks okay.  The balance swings free a couple of seconds and then stops abruptly.

This is a hunting case movement.  Lever set.  

The dial is dirty with some hairlines.

The movement has not been disassembled or inspected internally.

Approximately 38.4mm across the dial and 33.55mm across the movement.
