The item that I am offering is a highly collectible Barrett Certificate listing the rifles (serial numbers) delivered to the United States Marine Corps for the first Gulf War.  If you happen to have one of the 100 rifles, then you need this certificate to complete your collection.  If you don't then this is a highly collectible item.  I received this with one of the Barretts that I owned.  I have since sold off all of my Barretts and am letting go of the remaining Barrett items with this being the last of it. The certificate measures 8.5 inches by and 11 inches.  Good luck bidding.   At the time of listing, I have this well packaged and sealed up ready to ship with free USPS priority shipping.  None of my items to include this one is ever available for shipment out of the United States.  So please do ask as I will not respond.  Be sure to check my other listings often as I will be listing more great items often.  (Z597)
