I can also upgrade RAM (easy) or storage (very difficult and time consuming) at extra cost if required although for storage especially, this is expensive due to high RAM and storage prices these days and the ridiculous amount of time consuming and nail-biting disassembly/reassembly of the iMac required to upgrade the storage. However, since this is a Fusion Drive model storage upgrades can include 2 SSDs with one being NVMe and the other being SATA or 1 NVMe SSD plus a high-capacity SATA hard drive.
