25 Medium to Large sized Acorns with Caps. All in single caps. Some Size and color variety lot.
They average about 7/8" to 1-1/4" in size not including the stems. (Some caps may not have stems.)  They can be used for craft projects and home decor. These are really very pretty acorns, the pictures don't do them justice!
Beautiful natural red oak acorns, 2026 crop. Hand picked from our property in northern Wisconsin. We hand washed these and then dried (sterilized) them at 200 degrees in the oven for a minimum of three hours, rotating occasionally. As acorns mature and dry out the caps often separate from the nuts requiring them to be hand glued back together. Quarter for size reference only, not included.

One with a split but the rest have no major cracks or splits noted but certainly they may have some stains, scratches or imperfections as one would expect in a natural item. One with a black spot in this lot. Each acorn has been polished by hand with a soft cloth. Almost all of the caps have been glued on by us with non-toxic glue and air dried. No finishes applied in case you wish to paint them or use them in their natural state. You will receive the exact acorns shown in the pictures so please look them over. I will wrap in groups in tissue and ship in a box. It is possible that a cap may come off during shipping but you should be able to find the match for it and re-glue if this happens.

Do a Google or Pinterest search for acorn craft ideas and you will find an a wonderful assortment of projects to use these for, some are family crafts suitable for children. They can also be displayed with your fall, autumn and Thanksgiving centerpiece decorations or simply in a dish or on a shelf. Add a string and use for Christmas ornaments. They can be painted or sprayed for a more glossy finish. They make wonderful wreaths and candle surrounds. I have also seen them made into owls, snowman, and caterpillars.

I am always happy to combine shipping. Any payment overage will be promptly refunded.
