1994 Fisher Price PUFFALUMP KIDS Doll Rattle Pink Nylon Plush Rubber Face Baby.  This cutie has been well loved!  I washed her but she has a little stain in the back.  Her face has 2 white spots (almost looks like paint).  The tags are extremely faded.  Some pilling.  Rattle works!
