This delightful vintage Mr. Christmas Holiday Carousel is a nostalgic collectible from 1994 featuring a more compact and uniform four (4) horse design and a circus organ that plays 21 songs. The horses light up and move up and down.

This has been tested and it does work. See photos and video. The box shows definite signs of wear but the horses and wagon all look to be in excellent condition.  Repackaged after photos taken as shown in 1st photo. Exact item shown.
