This Spode ‘Velamour ‘ Jug is a stunning piece of art deco pottery from the 1930s, possibly designed by Eric Olsen.

Made in England, it features a beautiful cream colour and a round shape with a 1 pint capacity.

The jug is made of earthenware with a cream matt glaze, produced between 1932-1940.

Measures 13.5cm high approximately.

It is an original piece.  The backstamp is printed.

No chips, cracks or crazing. There is a tiny blue dot on the handle.
