Olympia SM Vintage Manual Typewriter with Case Classic Design

1960s vintage Olympia SM5 portable manual typewriter complete collector's set in fully tested, working condition. Beautifully manufactured by Olympia Werke AG in Western Germany and originally retailed by Harrison & Fowler Ltd. of Birmingham, this machine features its rare original dealer decal on the side panel. The typewriter functions beautifully with clean key strikes, smooth carriage movement, a crisp margin bell, and perfect type alignment as shown in the print sample. This highly complete set includes its original hard carrying case, the rare original metal key tied to the handle, the authentic green Olympia SM 5 operating instructions manual, a grey vinyl tool pouch with cleaning brushes, and two vintage period-correct ribbon boxes from Harrison & Fowler and Geha. While mechanically perfect, the ink ribbon currently installed is faint from age, so a standard Group 1 replacement ribbon will be required for intense daily typing.
