“V7 / Victory”.  Made Only By Tichnor Bros., Inc.  1941 Victory Series.  Postally used October 26, 28, 1942 in Augusta, Georgia and Freeport, Pennsylvania with message and is approximately 5 3/8” by 3 3/8”.  Postcard shows soiling, corner and edge wear.  Always see pictures.
