A4, A3 and A2 are standard UK/EU frame sizes — off-the-shelf frames fit without a mount.

Paper finishes

All finishes are 200gsm. Availability varies by size — only the finishes valid for your chosen size will be selectable.

Satin	Subtle sheen with low glare. The safest all-rounder and the best choice if you're framing behind glass.	A2, A3 and A4
Gloss	High shine, punchy saturated colour. Reflective under direct light.	A3 and A4
Matte	Flat, non-reflective surface with no glare at all. Best for bright rooms and for artwork with a lot of fine detail.	A3 and A4

Not sure? Satin is the one most people are happiest with — it keeps the colour without the reflections. A2 is satin only.

How it's packed

• 5x7, A5 & A4 — sent flat. Each print goes into a clear cello sleeve to protect it from moisture, then into a board-backed rigid envelope marked "Please Do Not Bend". It arrives flat and ready to frame.
• Single A3 — rolled. Sent in a slimline postal tube.
• A2, or two or more A3 — rolled together. Sent in a wider heavy-duty postal tube with capped ends.
• Every print is checked before it's packed. If it isn't good enough to hang, it doesn't go out.

Rolled prints may hold a slight curl on arrival. Lay flat under a couple of heavy books overnight, or leave in the frame for a day, and it will settle completely.

International	Handled by eBay's international shipping service. We post to eBay's UK hub and eBay manages customs, import charges and onward delivery. Your estimated arrival date and tracking appear in your eBay order details — times vary by destination and customs clearance.

Not arrived? Royal Mail doesn't treat an item as lost until 10 working days after the due date. If it's been 10 working days and there's still nothing, message us through eBay and we'll sort it — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Buyer pays return postage. Please send the print back in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.

If a print arrives damaged, creased or isn't what you ordered, don't post it back — just message us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Please note

• Print only — frame is not included. Any frame shown in the photos is there to show scale and is not part of this sale.
• Screens vary. Colours on your monitor or phone may not match the printed result exactly, particularly with very dark or very saturated artwork.
• We don't currently offer custom or personalised prints, or sizes and finishes outside those listed above.
