This foot pedal was found in a closet with a The Vintage 1980s Tascam Porta Five 5 Ministudio Portable 4 Track Cassette Recorder.  I'm thinking this pedal may be some component associted with the recorder. This foot comes with a 7 pin connector.  See pics.
