- Freight shipping requires commercial addresses with dock or forklift access; locations without these need liftgate service, which must be specified at purchase.

Change of Mind
If you've ordered the wrong part or no longer require your item, we can offer an exchange, store credit, or refund provided:
- Proof of purchase is supplied.
- The item is returned within 30 days of dispatch.
- The item is unused, in its original sealed packaging, with all tags attached.
- The item is not excluded from our returns policy.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the buyer's responsibility.
Incorrect Listing or Item not as described
If the part doesn't fit due to an incorrect or incomplete listing, we'll provide an exchange, store credit, or refund and cover the return shipping cost, provided:
- The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The part has not been fitted or used.
- You provide your vehicle details e.g., VIN
- You include a photo of the item in its packaging before returning it.
Return
- We offer 30-day returns on items in their original packaging for a refund or store credit.
- If your part doesn't fit or isn't as described, we'll cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the buyer's responsibility.

Warranty
