Cancellation policy & cancellation form
Consumers (see Section 1 of the General Terms and Conditions for definition) have a right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods or has.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Razvan Corneliu Pruteanu, Tiarksstr. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online on the website ebay.de using a correspondingly labeled button (“revoke contract” or similar). If you use this online function, you will immediately be sent a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information on the content of the declaration of revocation as well as the date and time of its receipt.
In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of revocation
For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
If you are registered for the “eBay Plus” program, eBay offers the following service: eBay provides you - without prejudice to your legal rights - with a free return label for returning certain parcel shipments with Hermes. In this case, for items that are to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal, a digital Hermes return label can be retrieved when a return is initiated in “My eBay”. Once it has been printed out, it can be used to return a Hermes package free of charge within Germany. Exclusions apply to certain shipments, particularly with regard to the weight and dimensions of the shipment. exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole place of residence and delivery address is outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
