Vintage Cabbage Patch Kids Preemie baby doll with Xavier Roberts signature and Original Appalachian Artworks markings.

This adorable bald Preemie has brown eyes, rosy cheeks and an infant-style face with pacifier. She/he comes dressed in a turquoise blue romper with elephant appliqué, cream shirt, matching bonnet, socks and white shoes. Yellow/translucent pacifier is also included.

The back of the doll has a blue Xavier Roberts signature, and the back of the vinyl head is embossed with Original Appalachian Artworks / O.A.A. copyright information.

Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition with noticeable age and play/storage wear. Doll, clothing, bonnet and shoes show discoloration, spotting, surface dirt and general wear. Pacifier has age-related yellowing/discoloration. Face has visible spotting/marks. Shoes show scuffs and soiling. Clothing has staining/discoloration in areas. No fabric body tag was found. Doll has not been extensively cleaned and is being sold as found.
