For sale is a Warner Bros. Looney Tunes Bugs Bunny And Tweety Bird Bath Toy.  Made of hard rubber.  Floatable.  6 1/2 inches long.  The writing on the front is smudged (see photo).  I have seen this item in other ads that calls it a soap dish, but I do not see a place on it for the soap to be placed.  So I think it is a floatable bath or pool toy.  A great looking piece for the novice collector.
