Up for sale is RARE promotional cardboard poster advertising the now defunct boat drag racing in the Oakland stadium. That stadium is not longer there. To drag there the racers had to work around the tidal times. When to tide was out it was just a mud flat. Larry Schwabenland transformed the drag boat racing industry with safety advancements. He also broke many time records in this sport with his boat Climax. The post has been rolled up in a poster container for years. I will also be shipping rolled up in poster container. Still has nice bright graphic colors and print. Very interesting poster. Does show wear from being outside and posted. See photos.
