A late Victorian era gents gold tone pocket watch with gold coloured dial featuring a key wound mechanical movement (no key present) and ornately engraved case. The interior of case is marked 'Warranted Aluminium Gold' above a lion mark suggesting gold plated or gold filled aluminium case. The lion case mark suggests the maker Muhr & Sons (later The Philadelphia Watch Case Company) - although I am not certain of this

In running order, but running slow (losing about 15 minutes when tested over 24 hours) so in need of some attention. Cosmetically in good vintage condition with light surface wear to case and crystal

Case measures 48mm diameter and the watch weighs about 92g

No key present
