Vintage WWII Navy 8 day aircraft clock comes exactly as shown. Not exactly sure what the outer part is for and does have some cracking bottom right. I wound the knob several times and the minute hand worked for a short while and when knob pulled out was able to move the other hands. Totally sold as-is of course.
