Beautiful antique Art Deco hinged bangle bracelet, signed L. MFG. Co., featuring delicate pierced filigree work and three vivid ruby-red rectangular glass/paste stones.
Dating approximately to the 1920s–1930s, the bracelet has the wonderfully delicate geometric openwork associated with the Art Deco period. Fine textured and engraved borders run along the edges, while three individually prong-set red baguette-style stones provide a striking contrast against the bright silver-tone metal.
The bracelet opens on a hinge and closes with its original-style tongue/box clasp. The slender oval shape sits beautifully on the wrist and has an elegant, distinctly period appearance.
The clasp is clearly stamped “L. MFG. Co.”
