Packaging

All items are packed using fully recyclable materials. Packaging is practical rather than decorative, in support of sustainability.

Returns Policy

• Returns are only accepted for faulty items.

• Faults must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Returns are not accepted for change of mind, unwanted items, or accidental purchases.

• Any approved return may be subject to deductions, including original postage costs and return postage costs.

I am an independent sole trader. All stock is sourced from liquidation auctions. Each item is inspected prior to listing and dispatch, including opening boxes where necessary.
As all images are taken by myself, buyers can see exactly what they are purchasing.

Postage Information

• Most items are sent via Evri. Larger or higher-value items may be sent via DPD.

• If you require Royal Mail, please contact me after purchase.

• Couriers aim to deliver within 48 hours of dispatch (not guaranteed).

• Once the item has been handed to the courier, delivery is the courier?s responsibility.

Evri orders are dispatched before 12:00pm due to collection times. Orders placed after 11:30am may be dispatched the following working day.

Next Day Delivery is available at an additional cost and must be selected at checkout.
