The 37mm Bofors wz.1936 was the standard anti-tank gun of the Polish Army in 1939 and one of its most effective anti-tank weapons. Manufactured in Poland under Swedish Bofors licence, the gun combined good mobility with effective armour penetration and was widely issued to Polish infantry and cavalry formations. This richly illustrated volume presents the weapon and its service in the Polish Army, with technical specifications and numerous original archival photographs showing the guns, crews and equipment in period use.
