The front features a striking graphic of a man beating a fearful skeleton (representing disease/death) with a club. This quack medicine remedy was created by William Radam, the mixture was famously analyzed by the Massachusetts Board of Health and found to consist almost entirely of red wine, sour wine, and a tiny trace of hydrochloric and sulfuric acid in water.

It is made from heavy amber glass and is SUPER DESIRABLE, these bottles are prized collector items among antique bottle enthusiasts for their dramatic and unusual embossed graphics.
